McDonald's

A nice enough McDonald’s since it has been done up so the Uber/just eat orders are done to the side - however it’s a very popular teen spot, so the place was overran with children when I went. Nothing more to say - McDonalds is McDonald’s!

Ordered food on the app at home and collected it via the drive thru. Waited about 5 minutes for my food to arrive. When I got home it wasn't what I ordered. I was given a hamburger instead of a cheese burger. My daughters happy meal also contained a hamburger instead of chicken nuggets-spoilt her night. Fries were cold and soggy, no sauces. Definitely not worth the money or time driving there. Next time I'll spend my money on KFC a fast food company that never seems to disappoint. No star rating from me!

Service has greatly improved over the past 6 months - brilliant!!

I feel as while most of the Macdonalds restaurants I visit are the same in terms of quality, I feel like the fries are a mixed bag. Sometimes the fries are firm sometimes they aren't and sometimes they're pre-salted and sometimes they aren't. The pricing on them has also increased dramatically especially for it only being a fast food restaurant.

My experience of Kirkby town centre McDonald's Bought two breakfast wraps which should have had a sausage patty, bacon, egg, rosti and cheese in, got them home and found just a sausage patty, two eggs and cheese. They knew what they were doing and deliberately made them knowing that being takeaway it was unlikely to be brought back. I was deliberately ripped off by Kirkby McDonald's and they know it so check what you buy from here If I could have given no stars I wound have
