McDonald's

There's a great play place. The decor is updated but standard McDonald's. As with most of the chain, the counter staff is minimal. It can take a while to get anyone's attention. We used the app so it wasn't a big issue for us. I did see a couple of people at the counter who waited several minutes before they were acknowledged. The food was good. Kid-friendliness: There are lots of kids there. They all seemed to be having fun

The first manager that came up to me was awesome. I’m not sure what her name was as she wasn’t in the McDonalds uniform. She was in Business attire. I went up there at 10:30 to order the lunch menu and it wasn’t up yet and she was nice enough to let me go ahead and order from the lunch menu which I thought was really cool. However, on my way out, there was what I think might’ve been the shift leader getting groped up by another employee, so I said excuse me very politely, and she turns around hold her hand up and says “don’t yell at me “all I wanted was some napkins and that was it so she hand me a stack of napkins and turns right back around.

Was given the wrong order, but I didn't have time to change it, so I kept it. The staff all speak Spanish, and I suspect they couldn't read my digital order...

Chickens nuggets are the best!!!!

Why do I have to wait like 5 mins for an order that is listed under "Now Serving?" Not to mention there was like 5 orders in now serving and NONE of them seemed to be ready... Please be more honest, because my order was obviously still in progress, and I don't appreciate the fact you are seemingly trying to boost your order times when you aren't apparently keeping up with the orders in the first place... good thing there are so many of these places for delivery ‍♂️

The staff here are all super awesome! The food is as good as mcdonald’s can be
