Standing in the lobby just now for 15 minutes while not a single person comes up to say anything. There's like 12 of us standing in lobby waiting for something. Good thing I didn't pay at kiosk. We decided to just walk out. The drive through barely moved either. Was it every one's first day tonight?

This is disgusting I just went there ordered a number 1 which is a Big Mac a drink and a fry and come to my surprise after getting home I open the box and after not seeing the top patty I check and there is a full on bite out of my patty and after being a costumer that goes there often this has never happened and this is absolutely ridiculous.

Edit: they gave me someone else's order despite clarifying what my order was to whoever handed this to me. ‍♂️

Every time I order from here, no matter if it's the app or in person, I am treated with contempt, my order is incorrect, and the food is subpar. I now go out of my way to a different location, owned by a different franchisee.

I’ve been a regular at this McDonald’s for over a year, and it never disappoints. From the consistently great quality of the food to the outstanding service marked by genuine greeting, this team truly stands out. They deserve recognition for their hard work and dedication to excellence—proof that McDonald’s is more than just a fast-food chain in my opinion.

Waited over 20 minutes in a drive up spot for one Frappe and was late to work because of it.

Every. Time I come to This location something is missing from my order On top of that I am the only one in line and still get directed to wait in a parking spot for my small order Which then takes about ten minutes
