This morning I ordered a sausage egg McMuffin and a caramel frappe with no whipped cream and no drizzle They continue to try to give me a frappe with whipped cream and drizzle twice when I brought it to their attention They clearly caught an attitude about me requesting to have it remade properly. To a point where as I was speaking the staff member walked away rudely. When they finally brought me my third frappe it still had drizzle but no whipped cream even though I requested no whipped cream no drizzle. The last person who brought me my messed up order did not even take the time to apologize for the inconvenience or show empathy. This experience was horrible. There's no way they deserve to make more money when they can't get a drink order right. Learn to pay attention and listen to your customers. Learn to be empathetic to their time. Come to work with a better attitude or don't come to work. I won't be revisiting this McDonald's ever again. McDonald's you need to do better just because you're a big boy on the block doesn't mean the quality of service should suffer. We pay good money. Inflated money. Just to receive attitudes and messed up orders.
This place is terrible. Save your self the trouble and go somewhere elese
I was pleasantly surprised with how attentive everyone at this McDonald's location is. Everybody that walked by asked if I needed some help and seemed to genuinely care.
I stopped at McDonald’s grab a Quick bite to eat After leaving my daughter’s baseball game, young lady Had me waiting for a very long time which I don’t understand because they We even busy then I Hear her start yelling at the car next to me. And that was enough for me To hear I don’t wanna be served by someone with an attitude I Decided that I’ll go across the street to Burger King.
I just sat in the right lane at McDonald’s and watch the car in front of me pull off because he got tired of waiting for them to take his order. So then I pull up and I Wait for a long time to the girl finally comes on. The thing said that she’s having an issue with the ladies order so I said OK I’m fine with that. I waited again I know it as I’m waiting lane. They took three orders and I had to watch three vehicles go ahead of me as I sat there longer waiting the girl Crystal come on the mic and was really disrespectful and rude When I asked her how come I’m still waiting and you just took three orders as I’m watching these cars on the left side just pull up and get lines to get their food as I’m still waiting. She got disrespectful, she was rude so I told her I was going to contact your manager, but I feel like I need to get a hold of someone above. I will not be coming back to this McDonald’s again if you do not like your job, Then, don’t be in that kind of service. McDonald’s needs to teach this server how to talk to people
23 minutes in line at drive through, still no order. They were taking at least 8 cars in far lane to 1 car in near lane.
And, when I called to let them know - they made no effort to rectify or rebuild customer relationship.
Person making the mistake was probably a new hire, probably overwhelmed but doing their best. The manager, however, owns the totality of the situation.
