My daughter and I LOVE some McDonald's we LOVE the CARMEL FRAPPES

Probably the worst Mc. Donalds in North Carolina. I purposely drive to another Mc. donalds, about 6-7 miles away from this one because the food is bad. Chicken nuggets are hard or seem old, cheeseburgers have crusty bread and aren't warm enough, fries are all soft and not warm. It's almost like they think that pre-making food and leaving it under the "warm" light is a good way to keep business moving. We want HOT and FRESH food though and I don't know a single Mc. Donalds from Lexington to Mocksville that can't at least provide a fresh meal. Mocksville breakfast is always fresh, Lexington has hard Chicken Biscuits. HWY 150 has nice hot freshly made fries, Lexington does't even fill up the medium containers and they are still awful. I'll only be at this location as a last resort and even then I'll probably just go to Sheetz instead

Good for a McDonald's. Service is pretty slow... food is good!

Worst McDonald's ever. Always slow, understaffed and order is often not right. Habitually you have to park and wait for food. I have spoken to corporate representatives and still no changes. Been waiting over ten minutes in drive thru still waiting

We made a mobile order, and checked in at about 1020. We got parked out front and our order, which just had breakfast sandwiches and pumpkin pies wasn’t brought out to our car until 1045. There were several cars parked behind us, and they all left before us. I’m pretty sure they accidentally gave our order to one of them at least once. When we finally got our order, it was missing two pies.
