McDonald's

This place recently decided to go 24/7 operating hours. And at 2am there was no customers in site. Inside or out. I was in the drive-thru for 12 minutes. They claimed they had to cook everything fresh. Which is normally understandable, except the fries and chicken nuggets were stale, chewy and just not fresh. They were hot but that's about it. I think they just re cooked the nuggets and fries rather than go with fresh ones. Don't go here at 2am that's all I'm saying. I've been here other times with great service and great food. But this review is about this visit only.

Good all around

Asked for Only mayo only pickles, still put onions on it. Has happened more than once and I’m allergic to them. I get the new protocol is cooked with onions but ONLY MAYO AND PICKLES MEANS ONLY MAYO AND PICKLES

last night after the Madonna concert my friend, aunt and I went through the drive-thru at like 2 in the morning and mind you with being the only ones in line the cashier michael was so patient and kind to us we truly appreciated the service. He made sure the food was hot and fresh for us. he made sure that my family was taken care. thank you so much for feeding us michael at mcdonald's. i will always be a miciddys kid at heart with my nuggets and sauce

Awesome service at this location. Consistently with Pedro, Jasmine, Ruby, Marta and there are others. Always great friendly customer service from them.

just another MD, however this one is kept super clean by the young man working the dinning area. Also Leslie was A great help to me even after I blunder my order. If you're looking for clean and efficient, run by females. September 2023 I don't know what happened but the females are gone and this place is not the same! It's dirty, can hardly get a worker to take your order. Not a friendly staff in the building. You stand there and wait long enough they are hoping you'll just turn and leave. I won't bother them again. March 2024 Just wanted two ice teas. Late night drive through lane was so long. After ten minutes of not moving it was faster to drive to the next McDonald's. Looks like Manager was the only one in the whole store, and he was on the mobile trying to call in help. I couldn't sit there until worker arrived from home.. (And we all know how nasty these handphones are). Where did the ladies go? I'll go there. Parking: The car shop next door has closed down so all their space is available.
