Usually this place is okay. On this particular occasion I wasted my entire break waiting for an order. That snowballed into me not being able to do something on my break that completely affected my plans for later on that night. Usually this place is okay, but the wait times are usually always long. I'm okay with long but today was extra long. No real complaints about the restaurant, the food or the friendliness of the staff.

rude and despicable. wouldn’t let me use my FREE FRENCH FRY REWARD. and lied about their ice cream machine being down, until i called their bluff and the admitted that they could make me ice cream. #neverreturning

Closed at 7 pm today without any reason. Only drive thru available

So Google says the drive thru is open till midnight but they closed at 11, ok so the times are wrong online, they know that, so why at 11:15 their lights are still on, the menu board it lit up. You'd think they would make sure they'd turn the lights out. So frustrating!!!

This location is horrible. Long wait times because workers are doing any and everything except for actually working and the orders are right maybe 2/10 times and that’s me being generous.

Had to tell the teller our order 3 times and it was still wrong. To their credit, they were all teenagers and they were busy. Live and learn

Fries are sometimes too salty, and service is too slow when I want to pay with cash. Other than that food is good and nice atmosphere... Kid-friendliness: Cool light up table which keeps kids occupied, too bad they removed the playplace though...
