lady at inside cashier...could not Crack a smile...forgot to hand me my empty cup that was supposed to go with the #1 meal...apparently she was also supposed to prepare my iced coffee I ordered, when her coworker friends came in she was all smiles. Really ? when after I paid for #1 and stood there watching her play with her personal phone , was very very thirsty too from my busy workday , having never for 6 hours stopped at my work to drink anything, I should not have been ignored for her to do a personal phone call and leave me standing there asking for my cup. When I got the sandwich home , it was missing one hamburger!!! thought i had bit into a lot of bread , wow could not believe my eyes to see one meat missing? 2p.m. Sunday 😔

Still my favorite restaurant in the whole wide world since I was child sometimes I'm not satisfied because the one in Leesburg by the mall never has fresh chicken nuggets the one in Leesburg this one here on 14th Street 27 is amazing the location is a bit difficult getting in and out of it Leesburg is infamous for their horrible directions and roads that they've made to get tax write-offs it's very ridiculous other than that McDonald's it's always good they really need to stop saying their ice cream machine is not working I could really use a chocolate shake at night or McFlurry so is it night time I want it they always are cleaning the machine they need to stop a little more at night too other than that they pay their employees well some of them need to set up a program though to help further the education on some of the employees that do work there I think that would benefit them a lot and it would help them out for the future Miss Joanne I believe or Joan or Janice I can't remember she's the manager there she's Jamaican she's amazing love her she owns the one or helped open the franchise to the one and Lady lake she runs a very great store when she works she's amazing helpful cheerful and a great manager I've known her for a long time just from going to McDonald's and I've never had a problem with her she's so willing to help with anything and amazing person very genuine it's very rare these days wish there was more people like her McDonald's food is still the best
