I am so disappointed. I usually get really good service at this location. I came through the drive thru around 7 pm.. I tried to order a quarter pounder with the dehydrated onions instead of the slivered onions. The employee tried to tell me they can’t do that. I’ve been doing that at this same location the past 3 years atleast twice a week Probably won’t be back now. He sounded like he just was being lazy and he couldn’t even stop laughing to take my order. This new night shift full of teenagers are very lazy and rude. This used to be a much better location with top tier service. Not sure what’s going on now. I didn’t even get the food cause that’s my go to order.

Good and accurate service, good experience.

Customer service always horrible and they charge you how the feel at the moment I guess

TOP TIER MCDONALD'S. I always receive top tier service every time that I go there, they should honestly have the employees from South Cumberland come here to train because they know what they’re doing here

I'm a door dasher I had to pick up at this location around 7am and it was ridiculous I stood there for 5 min there was only one worker in the drive thru and I couldn't get her to even look at me I wasn't trying to be rude I knew they were busy but my order was ready and sitting behind the counter another worker came out of the bathroom and I told I just had a door dash she told me to wait and went and helped drive thru like just hand me the bag it would have taken 2 sec when she finally handed me the bags 2 min later I said that she could of handed me that when she passed me she said she only had one worker why open your loby if you can't help the people coming in if I go thru drive thru they tell me to come in if I come in i cant get my order so what am i supposed to do
