Abraham if that’s his name have the worst attitude I showed them my sandwich and ask if that’s the way it’s suppose to look and they both looked at me and said I don’t eat that!!! And then just stared at me while I’m sitting in drive-through!!! I don’t care if you eat it or not you know McDonald’s menus and how it’s suppose to look! You need more training of employees and especially on customer service!
So I will start by stating corporate will absolutely be made aware of the following. Ordered the 3 double cheeseburger 2 for $4 - ALL of our burgers had one pick and ketchup only - NO MUSTARD AND NO ONION! It was terrible quality - the workers were more worried about their horrible mumble rap which was cursing GD This GD THAT! than making food the way it was supposed to be (and what i thought I was purchasing. The other worker was very rude and cold - not a peep - no thank you - no f u no NOTHING! It doesn't matter if you're a Financial Planner, a Doctor or a dishwasher - you have to have pride it what you do! So awful - please see pics below. If people are rude to you - maybe try doing YOUR JOB the right way. Or better yet - if you HATE your job SO MUCH - go find a different line of work. WE ARE THE ONES PAYING YOU!!!!!!! WAKE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You all will see the level of their concern as this comment becomes months old without a follow-up from management. It'll be evidenced by their no-show and further prove my point. Spend the extra money and go to Wendy's.
This McDonald's needs to get award for being the worst McDonald's in town! They're really good at making sure something with your order will not be right. On top of that you will be waiting 20 mins for your F'd up order. Fire the whole staff and start over.
They make allot of stuff wrong and even they rush you for no reason. They give us the wrong order 2 times in a row no wonder it has a 2.9
