UPDATE: Made to wait... again... Slowest... service... EVER... Most cars are directed into the parking lot to wait.... and wait.... and wait... And then you are handed your food... and your order's wrong...

Busy. Kitchen is usually slow. Drive thru is always backed up. Inside is usually dirty. Food is always subpar. Fries mushy. Burgers dry. If I commuted to work, I would never drive thru for breakfast. You'd get stuck in line and be late for work. The way traffic is routed thru the parking lot is chaotic. The restaurant has been there since the 70's. Really needs a modern rebuild, considering the traffic it gets.
