McDonald's food will always be McDonald's food. It's usually not bad, but you can always buy a more expensive option elsewhere. For this location specifically, I recommend using mobile ordering since it makes your transaction much easier.

I absolutely LOVE Mickey D’s, as a child it was the ultimate treat! However, the Pecos & Bonanza location in East Las Vegas is horrible!!! Recently on two separate occasions I provided my mobile code and was NOT given my food. The first time the manager was gracious and empathetic and gave me what I purchased and what was missing from my order; however, yesterday was quite the opposite. I ordered a 2C combo with a caramel frappe and provided the code for free fries. The young lady that took my order says you can’t use the free fry code when you have a combo included in your order.. weird but ok. So I say make the free fry its own order.. problem solved right?! Nope!!! I get to the window, check my bag and I’m missing my Friday Free Fry. The young lady tells me you do have your free fry. I say no I don’t, all I see in my 2C combo. She says well yeah we had to order your combo a la carte so your fries would be free. I said huh?!?! I explained what the previous lady said on the intercom while placing my order and she said I’m sorry but I can make it right and add a fry to your order. I said how are you making it right charging me for something I was supposed to get free?! She once again offered to charge me for an extra order of fries. I politely and respectfully declined and said that’s not making it right and pulled off. While the food is always great, the customer service is always horrible!!! I will never go to this location again and will spread the word that this location does not care about hard working customers and don’t honor mobile coupons! I’m soooooo disappointed!
