The lady with white hair is rude says the bathroom closes at 5 then tells you it's for customers only mind u I ordered through the app just for her to allow you in the bathroom because u need a code for the bathroom anyways if you're going to close the bathroom at 5pm at least clean it matter of fact even if you don't close it and it's for dine in only guests clean it it is disgusting so again if you're going to be rude about letting a paying customer use the bathroom then by all means make sure it's clean

Ice cream machine don’t work

Stopped by to have a Big Mac Meal ex sauce. They must have put the whole bag of sauce, I took one bite the slide of the Bun. It was so messy I couldn't eat it. Lost my appetite.. never again...

While I waited on my order, inside not in the drivw thru, I observed the employees standing around giggling, talking and laughing AFTER they bagged fries allowing them to just get cold. Then after realizing they'd taken awhile, they then grab the burgers and put them all in a bag. No drinks were given to me. I reach in to confirm the fries were still warm and they were hard and cold, meaning they'd scooped up fries that had already been sitting too long. I dealt with a huff filled attitude when I requested fresh, hot fries out the grease. Still no drinks provided. I had to ask for my drinks, when they brought the fries, instead of providing drinks at the counter. These fools handed me 2 empty cups and pointed to where I can get my own drinks (Should've been first - more time wasted on my fries, now) I walk over to get my own drinks and the ice is out on both the ice dispensers. I got an ohhh I'm sorry, it must be out. They take back the cups and only fill them with ice, I still gotta go back and fill my own cup, even in the drive thru line we get the courtesy of our drinks being filled for us. Why does a doggone combo cost twice as much for far less quality and service? McDonald's was one of the first groups of minimum wage earners to gripe they should be paid more... for what? They're not doing anymore work, they're doing much less... you gotta order your own food from an oversized tablet, you gotta serve yourself and going in insures you get your order right, cuz it's not right when you go through the drive thru. And this is the service we get for twice the cost??? So you can pay them more money to do far less work???!!!??? Here's how I make this make sense, I'm done with McDonald's in 2024... I won't be going back there, no more!!!!
