Literally didn't receive my steak egg and cheese bagel. They didn't give me your receipts. You wouldn't give it back to me. And then they proceeded to judge me and berate me and waste my time after they basically robbed me for $10!!! Erica has no customer service. Give us her ghetto employees that have no respect customer service or anything! Be careful they don't give receipts and then they refuse to give you what you paid for! And then nobody followed up with me from corporate or nothing. This place don't care. There's so many better places to go. Waffle House is cheaper than this garbage place with better food! It's gotten so expensive. You can pretty much eat out especially when you get robbed and treated like that and then nobody wants to make it right! Go somewhere else. Trust me, Erica is trash!

Ordered my food and they forget to give me my chicken nuggets I asked the guy at the drive through is everything in the bag he said yes not! Come on we pay to get food choose to come here could of gone somewhere else! Please check verify .

Just went for a ice cream

As of my visit on April 9th, 2024, at 2:00 PM, the establishment was not open for in-person service, offering only Uber or DoorDash options for orders. Despite noticing staff seated outside, it was unclear if this was due to operational issues or a lack of initiative. This situation led to a disappointing experience.
