McDonald's

This is the second time I've been to this restaurant where the dining room was closed during hours where it is scheduled to be open. This time I had ordered and paid through the app and selected "at the counter" for the pickup option. I arrive to the location and the lobby is closed. I selected at the counter because the drive through line is always crazy, this was super inconvenient and the employee I interacted with was rude.

My fish sandwichs was so old the fish was so dried out I couldn't eat it I spent 30 dollars chicken sandwich was nasty tried to call no answer

Place was dirty and outdated

Whoever works in the back making the food needs to be fired immediately. If you can’t tell the difference between sausage and steak you shouldn’t be working with food at all. Clearly ordered a sausage McMuffin and the moron put steak and onions. And we waited for 10 minutes for it to be wrong. How disappointing.
