We ordered by the kiosk, what is great and helpful however the bad experience started there when we finished ordering, the ticket was blank because was inside out, I tried to inform the front desk person and he said “I know”, turn his back and back inside the kitchen , when the order arrived, I ordered a triple Big Mac, all the patties , salad and sauces, was in the middle with plain buns on top, all 6 patties together!! Luckily I decided to check!! The guy tried to say that the burger was correct, when a lady said that they were going to fix it! While we were waiting for the food initially, a guy entered the lobby with a cup of ice cream dripping and the syrup that was supposed to be inside, dripping down the cup because they put syrup around the rim! They just not care!! That’s why we decided to check the order!! MANAGER, WHERE ARE YOU??? Unbelievable!! We saw 3 human mistakes happening in less than 10 minutes!! All fixable!! Not even talking about the customer service!! Not a single smile or apology!!
