I recently ventured to enjoy a Double Quarter Pounder, only to find it shy of a patty, turning my anticipated duo into a solo act, a discovery made only after I returned home. In these times of inflation, I appreciate a good surprise, but my taste buds were slightly bewildered by this minimalist approach.
The guy taking the orders at the drive through this morning had a sarcastic/impatient air about him. I didnt love my interaction with him over the speaker but chalked it up to them having a busy Saturday morning. When I pulled up to the window I over heard him using profanity to talk about and make fun of another customer waiting behind me. He wasn't shy about it either. Just laughing it up in plain sight of other customers. Anyway, the food was ok, pretty typical. But the customer service definitely needs some help.
Ginger employee in the morning shift that works here is on a power trip. He asked a quick questions I couldn’t catch, he said ‘you heard me?!’ I said ‘sorry, no’ he said to repeat myself. He was rude and condescending, don’t know why he works food service if he doesn’t like it.
It took 10 minutes for them to serve me a coffee. Really slow service.
I order a breakfast, and coffee eas barely warm, no creamer and sweetener included, when the receipt says I ask for it, some employees taking and laughing and go to talk louder so they can hear me, to ask for what I need . Bad service
