Not bad but the staff are a little rude

This particular location is not run as good as other ones I've been to.

I’m not sure why two nights in a row- I went to one location to McDonald’s 2nd street in El Cajon to get a strawberry shake for my daughter-they told me the shake machine was down! So the next night I went out of my way to a different McDonald’s off Fletcher parkway street to get a strawberry shake and they told me their shake machine was down to!! I believe what is happening is when the Manager’s may be off their shifts that the employees don’t want to mess-with the shake machine’s since it might be busy or McDonald’s needs to invest in a better shake machine’s that seem to be down at every location in San Diego!
