Worst McDonald's Tried to give this place another chance. Drive thru personel could barely understand English. Frustrated,I just went in to let the manager know they have someone working the drive thru that doesn't speak English very well. Only to be told that it was a stupid reason not to do business with them. I don't care who works where, but do not give the position that requires fluent English to someone who doesn't really understand it. I will never go to this location again.
Service is terrible. Skip the line order is inconsistent. Had try order 3 times.had no numbers t put on my table.had to go get my for here order in a bag with no straw.no condiments. Napkins not available. Tables were dirty and floors. Had hair on my table.i got up and left.i work close by not first time here.i dont mind helpn the homeless but every time i come in there every where.i cant afford to buy someone lunch every time i come to this location. The store owner should come .and not tell the manager and see how there store operates and come more than one day.took 20 min to get cold food
Pulled in to the drive thru only wanting to stop and order a Diet Coke. Waited about 5minutes and was never greeted or acknowledge. Taking note how there were no cars in front of me but a line behind me I figured maybe the headsets aren’t working. So I pulled for the window where there was a black male who seemed to be in his teens. I told him I had been at the kiosk and no one had said anything for 5mins, he looked over at a shorter Chinese/hispanic employee who I assume was supposed to be taking order and “said hey they are needing to order.” The Chinese guy didn’t even acknowledge any wrong doing and didn’t even look at us just hollered at the window saying I don’t take orders here. I assured the black teen I just needed one drink, so he went ahead and said I’ll get it for you, the Chinese guy over heard and hollered “no I am not allowed to taking any orders here.” Which is not only a lie but absurd, especially in this scenario where we weren’t greeted and all it was, was one drink. But think about people who may be deaf and can’t run inside to order due to possibly having an animal in the car. How would he expect someone to order in the drive thru with out pulling forward and typing out their order. Took place at 9pm ish April 2nd.
The only person that seemed like they were getting work done and cared about the customers was Michael. Everyone else there was standing around talking and not doing their job. Michael needs a raise and the rest of them need to get their act together
Floors and tables- drink counters need cleaning.
