Dis McDonald's on Chapman Hwy sucks. They don't care about how they give u food. My fries were warm not hot. Fries were also sloggy. My big Mac dressing was sloppy on the burger. When I bite into the burger the dressing went into my lap. Yall employees are very disrespectful. Heard a employee being disrespectful to a customer. The manager was right there and she never step in. Yall need to get some leadership McDonald's. I'm not rating yall nothing u don't deserve a rating.

Never disappoints. Friendly drive thru and even offered more than what I was getting.

They're Sprite machine was broke, so I asked for a lemonade. The Asian male mgr sd No. That was a poor choice for him to make. It was not my fault that the scrap machine was not working so he could have replaced my senior Sprite for a senior lemonade. He not only said no he was rude about it. Poor management and if your food gets messed up, Too Bad because this little dude does not care he is trying to get fired so he can sit home like thousands of others. Shameful. He is the last person that I would have chosen to be in MGMT. A person like that can destroy a restaurant really quickly

Cause WHY did the manager get mad at US cause SHE made us wait 30 minutes for the food!!!! They are LAZZY,SLOW and RUDE!! Waited till we went up to them and she said “sorry I’d don’t know you were waiting for the food” is that how LITTLE you pay attention!!!????? Are you serious!!!?? And you have the audacity to be rude about it??? Excuse you ma’am but the system is not a good reason to be rude. Blaming the system being slow and not working but they just stayed talking didn’t even bother to make sure the food was correct cause it wasn’t. This was gross overall they either need to change their attitude or change workers. How the manager acts is how the team is and they are ALL lazy. Let me not get started at the fact that they touch money and don’t even bother to wash their hands and grab the fries… gross

The service and restaurant itself was good but my burger was severely undercooked.
