Would have gave it a no star if I could. Ordered two different types of hot coffees they made one cold and one hot asked the girl handing them out to us which was the latte and she said I don’t know I didn’t make them. She the told me to look at my receipt (that didn’t say anything about hot or cold ) she then told me that this was the second window and she couldn’t do anything about it I then asked for the manager. When the manager came to the window with a big attitude about it she told me she would remake the coffee and said it looks like you’ll get a free one now. Asked us to pull up and they would bring it to us. After pulling up I decided I didn’t want to take a chance on drinking a coffee that someone was so mad to remake the way I ordered it (was worried they would do something to my drink) Very poor service
This location is getting terrible. I ordered in the app for table service, went in and the restaurant was filthy. Bathrooms, various tables, chairs, and other pieces of equipment were out of order, as though the place hasn't seen anything resembling maintenance in the past year. The table service is supposed to let you just walk in and sit down, but even if there's a clean table, there's not many with table numbers. If you do use that option, none of the employees seem to know which table is which. To top it off, there was a cashier that was just kind of standing there, watching all of this doing nothing to actually help clean up.
Whoever rolled the breakfast burritos on 3/7/24 deserves a raise. These things were TIGHT! Not a single egg or sausage crumble outside the tortilla. The presentation was immaculate. Thank you burrito roller, for the care that went into folding the tortillas just so.
