Such slow service… even for pre ordering through the app it takes 30 min

I showed up to pick up a door dash order from this McDonald's. The employees told me and several other cars they were closed and to get off the property or they would call the police. They young men that worked there were so rude. Eventually a nice young lady saw me just sitting in the parking lot. She was able to get me my order. I saw at least 10 cars get denied service and be lied to about the store being closed.

Improved service

Drive the extra 2 miles down 28th to avoid. WORST MCDONALDS IN THE COUNTRY. Not once in my entire time living in Grand Rapids have I ever got a correct order from here. I don’t even care about how a McDonalds employee treats you, as it’s McDonalds, not a steak house. But when you don’t get what you paid for? That’s completely unacceptable. Just recently, I ordered two happy meals from here. What I got, was only one happy meal, with half the stuff it was supposed to have missing. Nothing about that happy meal was happy! Or another time, I went in the drive through and had to wait 45 minutes, because only TWO employees were working at the time (It was 3:30 on a tuesday). Anyway, just go to a different Mcdonald’s, you won’t be satisfied with this one.
