Absolutely worst McDonald's around need to close the doors on this place they never change the grease burgers are old. brown onions breakfast burritos got dates on them and they'll sell them to you 2 days expired workers don't want to work either they need shut down or everyone need fired and restaffed

fries was rock hard and cold! couldnt even bite into them. asked for a specific caramel frappe with oreos and there was barely barely any oreos and it was ontop of the drink when it was suppose to be blended in. took money off my card to pay for sauces and did NOT get the sauces. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AND I HOPE YOUR STORE GETS SHUT DOWN THIS ISNT THE FIRST TIME THEY MESS UP ORDERS

Worst Mcd ever. I ordered drive through and I requested a receipt to get reimbursement but they said they can’t get receipt because they run out paper. I decided to cancel my meal and suddenly they gave me receipt and one of the employees say BYE dont come back. Is that how they treat their customers.

I absolutely do not recommend 3900 S. Sprinkle Rd McDonalds at all. I haven't EVER been able to get a fresh meal there, even though I always specify "make fresh" . I only go when there aren't other options and I'm starving. Just went there and got some burgers "made fresh" (meaning fresh patties that aren't all dried out from sitting for hours in a warming tray which is their general practice). They tried passing off dried up and twice cooked burgers as fresh 3 separate times before I just asked for my money back. I don't even care that they were upset with me, make it right the 1st time and there's no issue! Stop serving hockey pucks!!! The girl who did the refund was very rude too, like it was my fault they're lazy. ‍♀️

This location has improved a lot over the past several months for it's lunch crew. If I want MCD I will pass one just to go to this one. Customer service is better than some others in the area. I won't go to any fast food for dinner. Seems anywhere you go they are short staffed and not trained.

The staff has been super friendly so far through the intercom and we've gotten to know him pretty well considering the fact we've been sitting in the Drive-Thru for 37 and a half minutes and we are still not at the window yes this is live I highly recommend to stay far far away from this drive through at the hours of 10 to 2:00 in the morning so I do see a head coming out yes a bag is coming out of the drive-thru as we speak with a drink and a straw mind you and the car is pulling off we are approaching the window what kind of reception will we receive to Coke sitting there one with no ice so far the experience the man seemed a little confused he thought for some reason that our big white pickup with two big 300 lb gentleman was working for doordash obviously we weren't I'll be back in a minute when they return with our food time 12:21 a.m. how to quickly chimed in drinks were received but no straws to drink them Kaiser Steel

Best vanilla shakes and Fries!

Wouldn’t even give this place stars tbh, I asked for all my food fresh and only the fries came up fresh and I tried calling only for no one to answer, why is this place open
