Not ordering biscuit & gravy anymore. Found 7 short black hairs on my gravy. Service in mornings is good in the evening. Terrible. Young people just standing around joking & laughing. & When you go in & stand there for 6 to 20;,mins they just glance over st you like your breaking up there social time. I could understand big the were busy waiting on people but they're doing nothing. This is the Gray Mcds.

If you are going to have hot mochas you need to train your people and they need to not be so lazy. Everytime they say machine is being cleaned only because they don't want to fix those drinks. This is all the time.

Greedy af… Never looks like on the menu, they will give you a drop of ranch on your McCrispy and one half slice of bacon. I don’t know if this is what they tell them to do at this restaurant or what but there are many examples I could give from the am to pm of them just giving you the least amount of an ingredient. Billion dollar corporations selling the customer half the product, ba ba ba I’m hating it:(
