I used the mobile app and went thru the drive thru. I sat at the 2nd window to get my frappe, the only thing I ordered, for almost 5 min, then got pulled forward to only be forgotten about for another 12 to 15 min. The employee came out and ADMITTED that they FORGOT about me, while handing me a bag with 2 pies. After all that, they STILL got the order wrong!!! I asked for NO WHIPPED CREAM

Everytime I go through this restaurant there is always an issue. Today I came through at 5:14 AM and they said they could only serve me drinks. The hours state they open at 5AM but they never have enough staff and they are never prepared.
They must have been severely under staffed! But the food was good. Just very slow. The ladies bathroom had no toilet paper if I say anything more it's just complaining when the real issue is they were under staffed.
Look, I know McDonalds and other fast food chains have garnered a poor reputation for not really caring about the customer more than doing their job. It ain’t no secret. Tonight was different. I got me 2 Mc chickens and copped the 20pc spicy nugs, as you do. The young lady that took my order was very nice, polite (yes, those are different), and even complemented my chosen dashboard decor. She informed me that the spicy nugs were being cooked to order, which was no problem for me, and that they were really good. The manager at the second window told me the same thing and asked me to pull to the little wait area in the nicest way I have ever been told that. Both of them deserve raises, lord help me I didn’t get their names. Fast food workers are people too!
It’s McDonald’s. Food is good and staff is courteous.
