McDonald's

This McDonald’s use to have some amazing friendly crew members but recently there’s a new manager that’s working nights and people have warned me about him that he’s not very friendly and tonight he wasn’t courteous to his customers because I went to order and he didn’t tell me that he was gonna close the lobby but as soon as he brought my order to me, he told me he was closing the lobby and i said well it’s not my fault that i had to wait so long for my order and i would’ve went through drive thru if i knew that but why didn’t he tell me before I ordered my food? Then he told me he’d give me time to eat . But then he came over a few minutes later and told us he was calling the police . So idk understand why he changed his mind after telling me i could stay and eat my food. Just take this as warning ⛔️ they don’t care about their customers to be running people off. We weren’t homeless people just trying to hang out or anything we just came there after church to eat ‍♀️ but we were treated that way so makes me wonder did he think we were not important customers to be treated as trespassers .. How were we trespassing when we told me i could finish eating ?

Worst Big Mac I ever had

Normally quick food service usually fresh but often times they overlook small details like giving you your food but leave you waiting for your frappe so an off duty employee gets it for you .. I appreciate that and she deserves a raise don't know your name but blind hair and glasses you were clocked out and served me anyway now that's customer service

The bun is hard to meet with hard the fries is a little stale. The food could’ve been pressure. This is at the McDonald’s on West Walnut at 10:27.
