The manager Andrew was very nice. Was very accommodating and went above and beyond to help us out and I will definitely be coming back! This man needs a raise! Had to add.. Also Luis is very nice and accommodating to customers I really appreciate what he did.

I called and asked for a coke and they hung up on me

Great place with hard working people. Be kind say please and yes sir or yes miss. There always there when this single mom when she's needs a break from dinner or a place for my kiddo to play when it rains. Thank you hard working McDonald's Staff. Kid-friendliness: Large clean play place with seating for everyone Wheelchair accessibility: Yes everywhere even at the play place tables.

Great location, very clean and modern, quick service even have USB chargers at the tables.

Shout out to the McDonald's team employees in Island Lake. This is hands-down the best McDonald's I've ever been to. I always order a specific number sauces with my meal (ranch, etc.), and every single time it's all in my bag. I never have to double-check my bag at this location. Also, my food is always hot and fresh & the employees are always polite and execute great customer service. My favorite McDonald's location by far. Thanks for doing an amazing job, McDonald's employees of Island Lake!

Clearly states drive thru is open until 1am and yet at 9:50pm Im told they're closed already??? This has got to be the worst McDonald's franchise location ever.
