Just to be told there's no ice cream and I say I'll take a frappe instead I feel like i should get a large which Is 5.09 for the inconvenience not a small that 3.99 And when I mentioned it they look at me like I'm dumb. Thanks for ripping me off. Maybe you should mark things unavailable for the app and these things wouldn't happen

The employees are very rude and unprofessional this location needs to be shut down to rehire a whole new staff including management

Just left McDonald’s missing 20 nuggets tried to call to make them aware of this and can’t get through on the phone because they have it off the hook. Because of their negligence two of my kids is missing food.
