Went through the drive-thru yesterday and my order was completely wrong. Didn't realize until I was on the highway so I called and the woman I spoke to told me to give my name at the drive-thru tomorrow and they'd take care of me. She did not give me her name. I go today and follow her instructions. The mean old lady in the front greeted me with a nasty attitude and informed me "you're not getting any free food if you don't have the managers name" despite me saying she could just ask the person who was on staff yesterday at this exact time. She even rudely told me "I'm not just gonna give you the managers name" despite me never even asking for that. The person I spoke to popped up and apologized for not acknowledging the conversation up front and then brought out my order. If I'd known this is what I was going to deal with to correct my order, i wouldn't have bothered.
