Lately the service is being decreased a lot, they never had the orders right, you asked for a certain size of combo or drink and the give to you a lower size but they charge you for a large size so you ending paying more for less

I should not have to verify that my order is correct. I should have confidence in the staff that once I leave everything is in order. That has not been the case lately. I do not have time to go behind anyone and verify that they are providing me what I asked for. If you cannot give me what I ask for, tell me. Communicate that to me. I do not mind going elsewhere. Giving me what you want to give me rather than what I have asked for is a sign of entitlement. I am not one to complain, but seeing how it can be bettered. Active listening and attention to detail I feel would help. If you don't want me to visit this establishment, let me know. In the end, It's just food; If I need to make adjustments. I will do that.

The people were really nice and this isn’t their fault but my chicken nuggets had hair inside of them under the breading and the burger meat from my moms Big Mac tasted sour it was really gross I know they don’t make the food themselves just cook it but this isn’t the first time the food has been gross

Service was horrendous this evening weighted for over 8 minutes if the speaker box before someone finally answered me asking if anyone was ever going to take my order. Then they didn't get my order correct and when I corrected it at the window they still gave me a Happy Meal toy from 3 months ago. When going in to ask for the recent Happy Meal toy and asking for my apple slices I was told oh they just don't carry those toys and was not given my apple slices
