Couldn't get my order right
Ate in with the family for a quick lunch. Took 20 mins to get a double cheeseburger, nuggets and fries. All listed on the menu as popular items and smack dab in the middle of the lunch hour on a weekend. Went to the counter to ask for napkins. Was told there should be some out next to the beverage machine. I agreed, there SHOULD be, but there aren't. Just give me some napkins and then you can get back to tik tok on your phone. I'm sympathetic to hiring and personnel issues these days. But this was beyond reasonable.
How can you be out of the #1 breakfast item sausage burritos for over a month? Jesus Christ. The most atrocious part is you have to wait 45 mins in the drive thru just to be told they are out.
I honestly hate to give a bad review because I understand what it is like dealing with the public BUT After giving numerous chances at this location to not mess up a simple order “ sausage and cheese biscuit no eggs” this morning I had to tell her at the window that she had eggs on my order and of course it cost more, so I politely told her. WELL She said No you definitely said sausage and cheese biscuit. Smh as I look back at her shocked at the attitude. I’m a work in progress so she lucky I just repeated my order and was focused on getting to work. Just wanted to share the attitude that is greeted to your customers from your staff
Sat in the drive thru line for over 45 minutes, barely moved. Left and went to another McDonald's and it was even worse! Never got my food, cars not going anywhere. HIRE MORE PEOPLE AND STAFF BETTER! This ridiculous, yall know that every night, it's going to get busy, make sure you have at least 3 to 5 people staffed.
