I was in there 10 minutes, no one spoke or acknowledged me. They did see me. The tables were dirty and trash on the floor.

Customer service is key...just know that. I was pulled up and waited 20 minutes for my order. Got home to pink half cooked burgers. Took them back to be replaced, waited 20 more minutes only for them to be pink again. While I was waiting the shift leader started sweeping then began to prepare food again without washing her hands. I asked for a refund, I was disgusted by this time.

Absolutely HORRIBLE management!!!

This place is HORRIBLE. The food is never, and I do mean, NEVER, made right. The idiot that came up with the double drive thru obviously still works for McD's and thought it would be a great idea to have up to 7 vehicles at a time waiting on food AFTER the pickup window. The service is horrible. The manager with her stupid tattoo on her forehead, so professional by the way, is probably the biggest biscuit I've had to deal with. Horrible experiences. I miss the old one with the playground, and the people were nicer and made a ton less money.....

It was awful the manager was rude and unresponsive to any gestures for help and once she did notice us she said she wasn't working the front counter.

Ladies I spent 17.00 dollars for cold food come on girls

took my breakfast order at 10:00 left at 10:30 without food and no refund because the workers lost my food, and wouldn't acknowledge me for my food or refund

After paying for my food I was told to pull forward, after 12 minutes the food came out incorrect order wasn't even my food another server was walking around with my food going to other cars! Awful experience

These idiots had 30 cars waiting because they were just in the building just chatting, then have the nerve to get mad at customers when we ALL said they're service bucks. Never had a drive through take 40 minutes...... EVER. And before you say you had every chance to leave, you tell my pregnant girlfriend I'm not coming home with food.
