McDonald's

They will sell you old food and not give one second thought. The nuggets they sold us were cold, hard, brittle and falling apart. Unedible. I asked them if they would eat this on their lunch break and the manager replied no.. I'm sorry.. Well, why are you packaging up old food and selling what should be thrown out because it's expired and probably refried many times.?? Unacceptable and disgusting. Never want to eat anything from here again. The employees making the food have the nerve to package up this old food and sell it to you. You think with the pay increase they would work with a little more effort.. Sucks for the owner having to pay out more $$$ for employees that have zero standards.

I didn't stop at McDonald's, because once I bought some hamburgers before a vaca to Hawaii was gone a month , surprisingly when I got home. The cheese burger I had left on the counter, looked like I had just brought it home . Cheese looked hard , it scared me no deca after a month on my counter. Sorry I don't do McDonald's.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting McDonald's, and I must say, my experience was nothing short of outstanding, thanks to Marciela. From the moment I walked in, her warm greeting and genuine smile set the tone for what turned out to be a delightful dining experience. Marciela's professionalism and dedication were evident throughout my visit. Despite a busy rush, she handled every customer with poise and efficiency, ensuring everyone received prompt service without sacrificing quality. Her attention to detail was remarkable, as she took the time to ensure each order was accurate and presented with care. What truly stood out was Marciela's positive attitude and infectious enthusiasm. She exuded genuine passion for her work, making every interaction with customers feel personal and memorable. Her cheerful demeanor not only brightened my day but also created a welcoming atmosphere for everyone in the restaurant. In addition to her exceptional customer service skills, Marciela demonstrated impressive multitasking abilities, effortlessly managing various responsibilities while maintaining a calm and composed demeanor. It was evident that she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about providing the best experience possible for every guest. Overall, my experience at McDonald's exceeded my expectations, thanks in large part to Marciela's exemplary service. She is a true asset to the team, and her dedication to excellence deserves recognition. I will certainly be returning to McDonald's, knowing that I can expect top-notch service from Marciela and her team.

A crew in McDonald's the way it should be! Lately many fast food restaurants have been denying me service or are being hateful because of my disability. At the McDonald's in Santa Fe new mexico, there's an employee named Peter who would always mess up my order and build my sandwiches so they cost four times as much as what they were supposed to. Then he would make fun of me to other customers and get other customers to pick on me and laugh at me because I have a bum eye. BUT the staff at this McDonald's we're not only helpful, professional, and nice, but they had the old fashioned customer attitude of being neighborly and friendly. I hate these big mega corporations taking over and doing whatever they want, but thank goodness their staff who still have a work ethic and morals that counteracts the cold atmosphere of their corporate employer.

I woke up today in a happy mood not realizing the trauma that was headed of me right before my eyes. I was trying to order dinner when I noticed the mcdonald’s employees messed it up. These employees had one single job which was to get my order right. They can’t just do simple things. Now me and my wonderful family couldn’t eat dinner because of this cause. This brought me stress and anxiety, my family is already suffering of severe mental illness. We do not deserve to be treated this way just because of our color that we are told to be proud of. I feel targeted and racially attacked. My dear daughter Ava came back from the hospital from attempting suicide hoping she would be welcomed back with nice and warm dishes of her favorite meal. Sadly she didn’t see it coming that the employees messed up her order. She is already think about turning back. I do NOT appreciate this behavior against from employees headed towards me and my loving family. These are the type of people that make mine ashamed.
