This place needs a management and staff overhaul. I've been here 3 times in the past 3 months, alone and with others, and not a single time has the order been correct. I've used the app 2 out of the 3 times, so I know they received the order correctly. Either they gave me the incorrect number of items, the incorrect items, or the entire incorrect order. 2 of those 3 times they took over 15 min to make 1 single cheeseburger and a fry, that I left the drive thru and walked inside. When I asked for the managers name after I showed her the order was incorrect, she wouldn't tell me her name. Overall, the location is easy to access and see while driving. It's relatively clean. The food is standard McDonald's food, nothing better or worse when made correctly. Ultimately, I was told that the staff who made the order didn't speak English and had trouble reading. Maybe those who prepare the food should be able to read the order. Then again, that's just my opinion. Easy to correct the order if you dine-in, but not if you're in a rush or in the drive thru. Update 1 year later: I have increased my star rating across the board for overall, food, service, and atmosphere. It seems like they've made a significant change to their procedures as orders have been correct and have come through the drive-through quickly. Update 2 years later: I have once again increased my star rating across the board. Doing better, but still a long way away. Parking: Plenty of spaces available.
