The reviews are accurate these employees stay salty and mad from the start of their shift till the moment they clock out they're loud, ghetto, unprofessional, argumentative, rude, have the ambition of a statue and are an embarrassment to fast food workers, and that's saying something. There's maybe 2 who are always friendly and professional, especially an older Hispanic gentleman who works the window who's always on his game! I'm gonna keep going back, though, trust my food will be remade until it comes out fresh and accurate.

Pésimo servicio

Muy limpió y buen servicio, de las cajeras y demás Personal, Mejor eso fue hace 1 año, Hoy tienen puros Empleadas y Empleados Odiosos, que No tienen Paciencia, y te dan buen Servicio, parece como que les vas a Pedir, Sino les gusta su Trabajo, Búsquen Otro. Asi como yo ire a otro MacDonald.. 01/28/2024 Domingo 3.00 Pm estube y te tratan Pésimo, No vayan al de la Antoine Dr Kid-friendliness: Sí

The breakfast was very good. Took them longer to make our coffee than it did to get our food (speedy service) & they are very understanding with the homeless population that tends to linger about.

Mala experiencia lechuga toda vieja y no es primera vez que hacen eso

1/20/24 I’m not one to write bad reviews but tonight’s experience i have too. I ordered my food. Was told to pulll to the 2nd window and they brought my food and i told the guy i was missing my drinks. & he never came back. Thats when i realized they took my order wrong at the drive thru. So i decided to go inside. 1. They took my order wrong so I had to PAY extra for my drinks and fries. As soon as i walk in the girl working said “ oh the girls from the car are here” and they Laughed.. even the manager or shift supervisor which is a guy. As someone who is also a shift supervisor i found it immature and stupid. Especially when your customers can hear you and are standing there. They took for ever to take our order there was a line in the front lobby. Finally the girl came and took the order and i asked who was working the window. She just said to talk to the manager and i just decided to order my food bc obviously i was already wasting my time there and having to go inside. Then the manager came to talk to me and i asked who was working the window all he said was “my co-worker” and i just told him that the guy was taking orders wrong and i had to pay EXTRA for whatever i was missing. He said i couldve just told him and he would have given it to me. He then offered to give me extra food even though i told him i didnt want extra food. I just wanted him to know what was going on. I get it. They are kids working but also if you cant handle a fast paced place dont work there. What really made me mad was the fact they laughed when we walked inside. That’s just a big NO. Do better as a leader to your co workers.
