McDonald's

I have been going to this McDonald's for over 30 years, since the old Asian lady that was so nice worked there. She was there for like 25-30 years. We miss her. Tonight we went there and could barely communicate with the woman at the speaker and first window. And she was just as bad at the window as she was at the order speaker. Then after paying $20 for two meals, we go to the second window to meet a sweet young lady who unfortunately could barely speak English as well. I understand that these people need jobs too, but why put someone in customer service who cannot speak English well. Plus our tea had a bunch of tea sediment at the bottom. And to me, if this is the service they are giving out, what kind of service are they giving in the kitchen, that we do not see. It's sad. After 30 years I don't think we will be going here anymore. Unless it is our last option.

In this mcdonalds do not respect the deals from the App. They charge for water, they get mad if you asked for ketchup. I think the person who was helping me was the manger but I guess she dont like her job, she should quit if she dont like it. She want me to pay something extra to get the deal from the app when she knew that I dont have to buy nothing. I when to another mcdonalds and they did let me used the deal from mcdonalds app
