Never again I paid 30$ for 3 meals where the rest of my fries ?? Nuggets cold Big Mac made sloppy never again paid for extra Carmel drizzle with no whip cream say it right on my receipt they didn’t care my son is allergic but it’s my fault for not checking I’m calling corporate because ain’t no way hinesville customer service is just horrible and I’m calling health department

They stay pulling you up. It makes no sense it could be no one in the line and you’re still being pulled up waiting 20mins for your food. Then a whole line will come after you and leave before you. If it was once in a blue moon ok but it’s everytime it’s rediculous. Then for food to not be fresh

This photo perfectly sums up the mentality of this location and the owners, they choose to block line of sight so people waiting for food cannot easily communicate with the employees. It’s crazy how lazy Hinesville is, people really should learn how to grow up, work, do their job and provide at least mediocre customer service. Best part is, most of if not all the employees are lazy idiots who want higher wages but are unwilling to put in the effort to justify such a wage. Disgusting.

Somebody tell me why this McDonald’s locked the doors at 10:15am and I couldn’t get my order until 1115 when management opened the door.

Terrible location, orders are ALWAYS missing items or are incorrect. Customer service is non-existent. Multiple times my trips here have taken 45min-1hour. Terrible. Forgot items in my drive thru order, went inside and stood there for 20min and no one offered to help or even acknowledge me in the lobby. So I left. Workers just looked at me and went on with their day.
