this mcdonald’s has always been the worst one to go to. they can never get an order right, they seem to never be able to understand anything, the staff is always rude. can’t stand going here.

Food is nothing to be surprised about, I will say the service was the slowest Iver ever seen in a McDonalds I sat nearly a hour and there was only 4 cars ahead of me. The only thing that made up for it was the person taking orders was a sweet lady who was very kind.

Slow as snails and no customer service skills

So I’ve been coming here for years, literally years and have always ordered about the same thing because my family likes it. This worker- idk if she’s new or what is trying to make us pay for a condiment that is literally free. We always get a side of Big Mac sauce because my fiancée really likes it. She said we had to pay, which confused us because we have never paid for it before. Upon further inspection of their app, and site- it literally says it free, so what am I supposed to pay? Finally upon talking to another worker we got a side of it. And apparently now they’re saying it’s gonna cost more for extra but it still says free on their actual menu and site? Teach your workers the prices of things, I’m not paying for something that is FREE.

This location is very slow and always crowded. They will hand you cold food and always messes the order up
