McDonald's

Play place is nice. Good amount to climb, enough room for adults to assist their kids. Food was left in the fryer way too long, was burnt all the way through. Syrup running out in the soda machine. But the kids had fun with the light up tables!

It's mcdonalds. Fast food. Staff that don't want to be there. No kindness. Don't special order something. You won't get it.

I understand that McDonald’s is one of those places that makes no sense to make a complaint because it’s just.. McDonalds but regardless of the establishment, I still expect to be treated kindly automatically. My family and I went to this McDonald’s last night, ordered our food, just for the fries to be forgotten, we pull back around, let them know kindly they forgot the fries just for the man at the window to start speaking in Spanish because we looked white (which I am Hispanic so we understood every word he said) stating how “these a$$holes are saying we forgot their fries” paused, told the worker to grab a thing of fries, for one of the girls to shout out “FOR FREE?!!” as if we were just trying to get free food. We paid for those fries, and if we wanted free fries we could’ve just used the code on the app. I find calling someone an a$$hole infront of them in another language to be extremely disrespectful, not only that but the fries were beyond salty anyways meanwhile everyone else’s fries weren’t.. coincidence? I think not, and the food was so bad that one threw up last night and another had diarrhea in the morning which then tells me this place probably is beyond unsanitary (this isn’t even the first time stomachs have been torn up from this specific location) . 10/10 would not recommend coming to this McDonald’s as I’m sure the one down the street treats you a lot better and is cleaner.

Ordered 3 shakes through drive-thru. Got up to window, they asked if I could wait and pull ahead. 15 minutes later, still waiting. Walked in, shakes sitting on the counter and getting warm. I ask for shakes, she goes , oh sorry, and pushes the milks shakes and walks away. Pretty upsetting, and rude
