McDonald's

Both these McDonalds have to be owned by the same awful people/ run by the same terrible management. 5 times I’ve been here. Every. Single. Time. The food is cold. We have to wait extra long (probably why the food is cold; IE BAD MANAGEMENT). Miss BBQ sauce literally every single time for the nuggets. You ordered no pickles? You’re getting pickles. You ordered everything? You’re getting plain. It’s mind boggling how bad this McDonalds and the sister one down the road truly are. Literally go anywhere else.

Manger was very rude, bad attitude, and unprofessional. She refused to give her name and was not wearing a name tag. I called in because my order was not made correctly, it was cold and sloppy. The fish fillet sandwich had only half a slice of cheese and the other had no cheese. The employees said that half a slice was the way the sandwich was made. The picture in the app shows a full slice. I get that the picture in the app is not their fault. That picture is definitely false advertisement. I went back gave her all the food asked for it to be remade. She took the food and remade the sandwiches, but did not give me the fries. I went back around and ask for the fries and she refused saying that the fries where empty which they were not. She did not even give back the fries. I asked for her name and she said "she did not have to give me her name". All other employees ignored us afterward. This was the most disappointing experience at Mcdonalds ever. From the other reviews I can see that this is a frequent occurrence. With the treatment I received at this store I do not even feel safe eating that food they gave me.

This McDonald has horrible managers, the Hispanic one for sure. The food is old sometimes and they pick and choose when when to charge you for syrup or other condiments. The Hispanic lady has a bad attitude and that’s why she’s working at McDonald’s and prob can’t find a REAL job. I’ll never eat at this location again. Horrible service and attitude!

Don’t try to order table service on the app like they advertise with a sticker on every table. They won’t do it. 1 time is a mistake. 6 times in a row is either bad training, laziness, or policy. They just call your name to come get it. They will not bring it out…..UPDATE. As of mid February this seems to have improved.

Awesome place to dine in at! Great tasting cheeseburgers too!

They charge $219 for two pieces of bacon but you get a half a piece of bacon cut in half for $2.19 it's not worth it
