They’re doing self registration… no liking where these is going

Closed the store 30 minutes, earlier than the posted time.

01/2024-Just ordered a McDouble and small fry no salt. The McDouble had no onions on the burger which comes with and suppose to be on a McDouble. My receipt is right but whoever prepared the burger doesn't know what goes a McDouble. I'm not surprised so have to check my food before I leave and hold up the drive-through. The Corporoffice needs to monitor this McDonald's 2217 N Henderson Nv on Green Valley Pkwy cross street Warm Springs. Every time I go here to order the burger is ALWAYS wrong. The order is correct from the cashier which comes up on the screen but either you have people who can't read English or they can't see the screen very well. I can see the screens up front and can read them clearly. If you have people working at this McDonald's who do not value there jobs or they do not care FIRE THEM. There are thousands of people who will appreciate this job and work to get orders right. This McDonald's is 3 mins away from my house but now after being a valued customer I will go to another McDonald's who is farther away to get correct orders. Also parking is bad here due to a small lot.

I ordered a large fry and 2 McDonald's and when I got home there frys has no salt at all and the burgers ketchup was very thin and had an off taste to it like burning plastic could even finish the one only good think was my soda I got 1 out of 5
