McDonald's

Used to be a hood location , but recently this larger sized white guy started working there. My bf and I ordered yhe same exact food item, but ours both looked completely different from one anither. One was half empty the other almost double its amount (yet still filled poorly/empty). Anyways this was around about 8pm. New guy , larger in size, white, had a minor speech impediment or something like that. Anyways he was rude id suggest going to another location while he's there. Poor customer service

Always messy, the sodas machine sticky and people from the outside just walk in and fill up whatever container they have. A lot of homeless people do this and it's unsanitary. The kids play area is always messy, too. I hope the owner sees this and does something about it because it's become a depressed and dirty place to go. Maybe put the soda machine behind the counter so that only actual paying customers can get refills.

Ordered online and went to pick up Sat around waiting for a good while, eventually I went up to check on my order and the cashier claimed they didn't have my order. Long story short, it was sitting on the rack getting cold the whole time. I'm livid. Will not be returning here. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this location. I work food and have worked at McDonald's so I know how it is. But this location is an absolutely joke. Ended up taking 2 bites of my meal and throwing it because it was ice cold. Thanks for having me waste $10!

I ordered food from the drive thru and got home to give my food to my family. My son ordered a burger and as he was eating it he started choking on it. I had to help him try and cough it up because he was choking so bad. The stuff came out and it was a piece of paper. I then looked more through his burger and found a big piece of paper with a hole punched in it like the end of some notebook paper. I took the burger and the receipt up to the establishment to complain and spoke to the shift manager named Karen. Her demeanor and how she handled everything was so non chalant and all she did was blame “the new cook” and stated it was paper stuck from when the burger got cooked. What paper has hole punches in it. She apologized so unemotional and had the audacity to offer us something else on the menu. THE NERVE! Never again will I visit this establishment again!!! I have a video but unfortunately I can’t upload a video so hopefully this picture is enough.
