Close to home.

Went to have lunch with my wife and daughter on Sunday, and I have to say, it was the employees that made eating there horrible. We ordered our food from the kiosk, grabbed a number, and sat down to wait for our food to come. When we young lady brought our order, she literally dropped it onto the table and dropped the drink cups on top of our food! Our daughter asked if she could get her soda cup because hers was forgotten, so the same employee grabbed and handed the cup to our with half of her 'inside the cup!!' My daughter rinsed out the cup because it seemed like it was just going a hassle trying to get another one. Just as we started eating, the employees started becoming extremely loud and yelling in the kitchen area regarding their personal lives, but it sounded more an episode of Jerry Springer and the cheering section at a UFC Fight. So many customers , including us, just didn't and/or couldn't take the raunchy banter and left!! The sad part about all of this is the fact that the employees were louder than the screaming children in the play area

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I am mortified with the employees behavior at this location. My husband, our kids and I came through the drive through this evening after a long day because we didn't feel like cooking. We had an EXTREMELY simple order but they still messed my food up. They forgot the pickles and onions on my burgers...okay no problem my husband went back through to get it made correctly. Well they were VERY offended that he came back to get the food corrected because look at how they made my food!!! No, my order did not ask for extra pickles nor extra onions. This was a passive aggressive or maybe just aggressive response from them. At this point i'm boiling so I call and ask to speak to a manager. He really doesn't do much except say if we come back for a THIRD TIME they will make the food right or give us a refund. HA! We will not be returning. Thanks Riccardo and the rest of the team. You all obviously hate your lives so maybe if you're reading this take my advice: I used to hate my job too and it made me a bitter person when I was younger. But one day I decided to stop being the victim of my circumstances and got up and found a job that I love and leaves me feeling fulfilled. Please do everyone a huge favor and quit because you obviously aren't cut out for customer service.
