Had to ask for a refund because the little girl working drive thru tonight thought it'd be wise to give terrible customer service. Let me tell her thank you twice for her to just look at me. When I pulled off, she thought it was funny. God was telling me to return this food because they dodnt give me my fries. I went back and she took her time getting the fries. So, I just asked for a refund. I wish mcdonalds would train these kids like chick fil a. The young man who rung me up was very polite however.

Long wait because our order was given to the wrong vehicle!! Never coming back!!!

Employees can't be rude AND get the order wrong. Pick your poison. If you're going to mess up the orders at least have a decent attitude.
