Went inside cashier and manager was very helpful
Sad fast food does not have people at counter anymore and you order your food on a screen.
Food was hot and served fresh, but the physical state of the restaurant was pretty poor once you looked past the somewhat newly remodeled facade: -When placing an order at the kiosks, you need to select a numbered table stand to complete your order. No table stands were available, and the order can't be complete without a number. 0 isn't an option. Confusing. Ended up entering random numbers and realized they were just calling receipt numbers. Why? All the tables are numbered. Poorly executed and non-maintained system. -one ketchup dispenser was broken, the other was empty. The drinks area in general was pretty dirty. -when attempting to ask for ketchup packets I waited behind a gentleman who had an issue with how his meal was prepared and the response he got from the manager was a rude "So? What do you want me to do?" I've had a fair share of rude McDonald's stops, but there were too many issues here not to mention. At least the food was good. Kid-friendliness: Large playplace in a large room separate from main dining. Great setup.
6:45 am and the food is cold. Disgusting. Hash browns were cold and crumbly. Not even exaggerating. Pulled back up to window and told the lady and she offered to remake them. That's fine but WHY on earth would you put cold/old food in someone's order and expect them not to notice??? $13.47 for 2 sandwiches and 2 hashbrowns and they're cold......never again.
Great atmosphere. Friendly staff. Clean bathrooms. Food was hot and hand delivered to our table.
The taste is excellent. Fresh, as I liked... but... could you put more effort into making it look good. Why it's looks so awkward?
