Ordered the Grimmis happy meal using their app. When I got there the woman at the drive thru acted and sounded like she hated her job. Then when I got to the first window she recited " app order" handed my receipt then turned forward to take another order. When I went to the next window they told me, that they were out of shakes" then handed me a bag with cold fries and nuggets. No sause and no straw for my flat coke.
I’m not usually one to post bad reviews. I feel it’s in poor taste sometimes.
This evening crew SUCKS. They are rude, impolite, impatient, very blatantly disrespectful.
I understand it’s fast food, but take pride in your work.
This place IS NOT open 24 hours.
Here’s one bad experience;; but unfortunately I’ve had a couple now.
I stopped here for my kids one evening (for the play place). Everyone was standing around, yet I had to take my order at the kiosk… ok no problem. I’m putting in my order, and an employee says “what time is it.” (To another employee) Then proceeds to turn the lights off on my children in the play area. (I’ve come here before that play area doesn’t close, and shouldn’t until the lobby closes.) so I ask if it closes? She said yes there’s an automatic timer on the light…. I’d understand if the timer was set, on the hour, on the half hour but it was 8:42… regardless we left in that moment.
Kid-friendliness: Though they have a play place they don’t want you to use it. Lights have been Burt out for months. Employees run guests off who want to play.
Fries are too salty and I like salty.
