43 minutes, 43 minutes I waited for my food. In the dining room less than 10 feet from the register. The order number came up on the screen, then about ten minutes later it went away. The order number or my name was never called. Finally as I walked to the register to ask for a refund I see my order, behind the counter, cold and watered down by that time. I asked if I could just have my order. My assumption was right, it was cold and watered down. What a total waste of time
Sandwich and nuggets were fresh and up-to McDonalds standards.
Received the wrong order even after they confirmed what I had ordered when handing me the bag. Of course I didn't discover this before I was all the way back home and opened up the bag. Received nuggets instead of burgers. Not going to ask for a refund. You hold on to my money and I'll give you two stars.
Nice McDonald's, but there is a very rude manager her in the morning. This is my 2nd interaction with her, and the 1st time I just thought it was a moment, but now I see it's just that she is very rude and has no business working a customer service job. How is she a manager with having such a poor attitude? I don't want to change to another McDonald's because of 1 person, but when I see her working I may just go eat somewhere else since she gives off the impression that she would like you to be somewhere else.
