Always terrible service...

Burnt bagel...there is no way they didn't see that it was burnt because they attempted to put margarine on it. I tried to peel.off the edges. It's just not edible. Smh! I should have went to Biscuitville like I started. Now I'm at work hungry because the only edible part of my meal was the hashbrown.

Planned on a quick stop on a very long drive and ended up spending 40 minutes waiting on our food. My boyfriend’s food came out wrong and cold and drinks were watered down. It seemed as the staff was just messing around and taking breaks instead of serving the lobby and doing their jobs. Overall 0/10 experience. Also no toilet paper in the bathroom

Pulled up the window and the employee says “go ahead”…I asked for a the bundle and he asks me what I want again. I asked for lemonade and he says “no lemonade at the moment”…then I get to the window and a female employee says pull ahead and makes me wait. The employees are very nonchalant and unapologetic
