McDonald's

Remove shakes from the menu if you're never going to serve them. It's the one thing I think McDonald's has that are actually better than their market competition, and this location never has them, despite advertising their availability on the menu. The food is what you expect for the price, but the staff seems withdrawn. I don't get the impression they are ever happy to be working in these tough times. They may not be and that's fair, but despite trying to always treat those serving me with warmth and friendliness, my courtesy has never been reciprocated at this location...I am treated like an annoyance. I only visit this location when I'm on the road, and after several cool receptions (like today's), I'm adding the review and will skip it in favor of a market competitor.

Nice McDonald's. I like to see an establishment that takes care of the grounds. Very nice.

Caramel iced coffee was so bitter and tasted nothing like caramel

Food was cold and not completely made took pictures and gave too someone homeless Dec 24th. Was told order would be replaced by manager and he has to call GM and no was told to come back Tuesday after Christmas now I’m spending money at a different restaurant so my family can eat poor management is the problem.

Got a bacon cheese quarter pounder and was eating away and realized the hamburger was not cooked good. It was red . Bout got sick thinking about it.
