McDonald's

We placed a mobile order around 5:30 am and thought it would be ready by the time we got there. When we got around to pick up, the girl told us to pull to the next window. We sat there while two other cars were given their food and were on their way.

This by far has been the absolute best McDonalds I've been to ever. The sandwiches were perfectly made. Wonderful customer service. This management could do other location wonders.

Constant issues here with forgetting items (almost every time) and giving wrong items. Never again lol

Sadly this store gets worse everyday. I'd hope it would get things turned around, being neighbors and all. I changed my 5 Star review to 1. And would have not given one but I was force to. The food is horribly thrown together with little care for presentation. And now they served me and my family soured meat. I am done with this store until they get it together. When you pay premium price you demand the food you get looks and tastes good. I'll not be back unless they get it together.

For the last few weeks this store has gone downhill FAST! Tonight we got cheeseburgers no one would eat because the meat tasted sour. Hopefully it wasn't something that will make us all sick. I'd noticed something causing a longer than usual wait, not sure. I Hate to Rate at 2 Stars. But this is a generous Rating. These are my neighbors and I had hoped for a better result. I'll wait and adjust the Rating. But I'm not in a hurry to go back.

My wife went inside to order a soda drink, that's it, she just wanted a soda. One customer was eating, and one employee (on break apparently) was in the dining room. 2 or 3 employees saw that she was standing there to order and purposefully turned their backs to her. She waited 5 minutes and finally walked out. What is wrong with ordering/dining inside at McDonald's?

Drive thru lane 1 is down and still no receipt printer. Employee's are still rude.revised new ownership. Manager Grace was supposed to remake an order that I call on 1/24/24 after call and speaking to her that morning after working a double shift she took my information asked me to come back that day or the day after to replace the order. I explained I just came off of a double shift I was not coming to McDonald's for a replacement. I finally went up there on 2/20/24 told them that it was a replacement order the two guys had me pull up to the second window. I proceeded to move up the manager asked me s few questions on whom I spoke with. I told her Grace she argued with me and told me I would have to have my receipt she left me in the drive thru window. Then placed a call they could not recall speaking to me she proceeded to have me pull up to the third window. I sat there for a total of 30 mins. I placed a call to the location and asked if the person was a manager whom answered the phone she said yes. I asked her to please come to the window #1/front window she didn't say anything just rudely hung up on me. I told her that time that I was leaving and that I would dispute for getting food that no one ate because prepared incorrectly. At this point I didn't not want old food that was not fresh. If I wouldn't sat there for 30 mins through the drive thru I would have just paid for the food. I do not feel that was an acceptable way of handling it from the get go. So if you complain it needs to be at the convenience of your time not McDonald's and hold on to your receipt and document the complaint information vs trusting what the manager says. Miscommunication on there part. Bad food and bad service I DO MOT RECOMMEND THIS greenbrier location.
