Drive -thru dude didn't know what I was talking about when I tried to order the adult happy meal for my son. ( It was advertised in the window, facing the drive-thru.)
Refused to recognize that I placed a mobile order, even though my name showed up on their screen. They do not know how to use mobile ordering do not use the app at this location.
Restaurant seems to be kept clean and orderly.. However the customer service absolutely is the worst. I tend to come here for lunch, out of convenience from work. I am not sure if they in general don't understand, dont care to understand or choose not to listen when I order. Most of the time they get my order wrong- then feel like it's my fault when I confront them.. (Next day) Went thru drive thru asked for the 2 cheeseburger combo, no pickle.. I recieved 2 cheeseburgers with no ketchup, mustard OR onion.. Although what I ordered, what was on the receipt and what I physically recieved were all wrong.. Beyond frustrating. .
